Spring Term 2010

This term we are looking forward to performing our latest production -
God's Own Country - An Historical Journey Through Yorkshire.
Hopefully everyone will learn something that they did not know about the area they live in! Last term the children learnt to knit and since then they have been knitting madly to create colourful scarves to wear during the production. They even had their picture up in Alan Matthew's shop opposite the Cathedral in Ripon, where a lot of us bought our wool.
We are busy learning a variety of songs and perfecting dances and drama for the production. There will be two performances at 2pm and 7pm on Wednesday 24th March 2010. Hope to see you there!

We will be walking on a Roman road and visiting the Yorkshire Dales Museum in Hawes in March too - more details soon.

After half term we have a teacher from Ripon Grammar School coming to do some science with us on Monday afternoons, which should be great.
